Kettlefields Primary School has 109 pupils split over four classes, serving the adjoining villages of Dullingham and Stetchworth.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a headteacher who can inspire the learning of our pupils and build on the recent improvements of the school to continue to move it forward. We are looking for a creative, collaborative and energetic individual who will embrace our culture and ethos and build strong and positive relationships with our children, staff parents, carers and community. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice who is determined to inclusively deliver the highest standards of teaching and learning for all our pupils.


You will be highly motivated, organised and have strong interpersonal and management skills to support our staff and the wider school community.

Kettlefields Primary School is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and caring. Teaching Assistant (minimum Level 2). Required from September 2019.


This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of highly committed staff supporting pupil progress. We are looking for a confident and passionate individual with the following:

• Robust communication skills
• Flexibility in order to support changing needs
• The capacity to deal professionally and sensitively with children, parents and colleagues, as well as outside agencies, when necessary

Salary: Level 2 Point 14-17.


The post is for 32.5 hours per week, term time only, to be worked Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
